 Sugar consumption can trigger mood swings and emotional distress. The longer one  tries to hide from an emotional problem, the more severe the problem will become. Do you suffer from a phobia that prevents you from enjoying daily activities? Feel depressed for no reason, or suffer from anxiety attacks? Perhaps you think you've  lost all control and have no idea why. Many people are unaware that sugar consumption and poor eating habits are a major cause of mood swings and other problems.

If untreated, emotional problems can therefore become physical problems. You may experience tiredness, migraines, or sore joints and muscles, and develop a weakened immune system.
